2023-2025 STRATEGIC PLAN
In partnership with an internationally-renowned strategic consulting firm. SVUDL staff and Board members collaborated to create the organization's next strategic plan. Building off the success of its inaugural 2020-2022 plan, SVUDL is poised for impactful growth and scaling that will ultimately allow the organization to serve more students of color from low income backgrounds. We are so appreciative of the work and expertise shared by the pro bono team from this consulting firm, and look forward to sharing updates on our impact and growth over the next few years!
2020-2022 STRATEGIC PLAN
Over the course of 2019, SVUDL staff and Board members worked in partnership with strategy consultant Emily Leys to develop this plan. The following pages illustrate in detail how the organization refined, strengthened, and expanded its programming to build students’ social and professional capital in partnership with supportive companies throughout Silicon Valley.
